Dr. Sarah Robertson

Program Director

Dr. Sarah Robertson graduated with her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2001. Following medical school, she completed her family medicine residency in the AHEC Southwest Family Practice Residency through the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She currently serves on Conway Regional’s Medical Staff as a Hospitalist and Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Robertson also has experience in private practice, women’s health, the care of veterans, and teaching. In addition to being a dedicated physician, she is also a dedicated mom, wife, and community member.

Megan Stelting CRHS

Megan Stelting

Program Coordinator

Megan joined the Conway Regional Family Medicine Residency as a program coordinator in 2019. Prior to joining the program, she interned with the Accountable Clinical Management (ACM) at Conway Regional Health System. In that capacity, she experienced firsthand that Conway Regional truly is a great place to work. Megan is a recent graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration and holds prior experience in leadership and management roles.

Darren Scott Freeman

Darren Freeman, MD

Medical School: University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine, Little Rock, AR

Residency: Family Medicine, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Area Health Education Center--West

Dr. Darren Freeman graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in 2008. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society that same year. Following medical school, Dr. Freeman completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Area Health Education Center—West in Fort Smith, AR. He was given the Resident Teacher Award for his commitment to teaching as a resident.

With experience in traditional private family medicine practice, as an inpatient rehabilitation facility medical director, and as a current hospice medical director, Dr. Freeman brings a robust and varied experience to the education of residents.  Dr. Freeman joined the Conway Regional team in 2016 as a hospitalist and has been an engaged member of the medical staff. He is a board-certified family physician by the American Board of Family Medicine.  Dr. Freeman is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians, Arkansas Academy of Family Physicians, the Society of Hospital Medicine, and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He also recently became a certified hospice medical director (HMDC). In his free time, Dr. Freeman enjoys time with his family, golf, trout fishing, and medical missions.

Jeremiah Keng

Jeremiah Keng, DO

Medical School: University of North Texas Health Science Center, Forth Worth, TX

Residency: Family Practice, Austin Medical Education Programs, Austin, TX

Dr. Jeremiah Keng graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center’s Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program in 2001. Following completion of medical school, Dr. Keng completed a residency in Family Practice at what is now known as the University of North Texas at Austin Dell Medical School.

He brings a variety of experience as Medical Director of a Rural Clinic, as well as Lead Physician and Medical Director of an Army Medical Center. In addition to his current role as Lead Physician of the CRHS After Hours Clinic, he also serves as a clinical preceptor for medical and PA students. Dr. Keng is not only an ABFM board-certified family physician, but also a great teacher of medicine.
