Community Investment
The Conway Regional Simulation Lab represents a significant investment in healthcare education, workforce development, and patient care throughout the region.
The facility was made possible through $800,000 in state funding through the Office of Skills Development and $1 million in support from the Conway Regional Health Foundation, bringing together public and community investment to expand access to advanced healthcare training.

Who We Train
The Simulation Lab serves learners across disciplines and throughout different stages of their healthcare careers.
Training opportunities support:
- Conway Regional residents and physicians
- Nurses and clinical team members
- Medical, nursing and allied health students
- Emergency medical professionals
- Interdisciplinary care teams
With more than 1,500 learners utilizing the Simulation Lab each year, the space serves as both an educational resource for Conway Regional and an investment in the healthcare workforce of the communities we serve.
Why it Matters
Healthcare professionals need opportunities to practice not only the situations they encounter every day, but also the ones they may encounter only once.
Simulation creates a safe environment to practice procedures, respond to complex clinical scenarios, strengthen communication, and learn from each experience without putting a patient at risk.
Repeated practice helps translate knowledge into action. By giving healthcare professionals the opportunity to build skills and confidence before they are needed at the bedside, simulation supports safer care, stronger teams, and better preparation for real-world clinical situations.
Community Support
The Conway Regional Simulation Lab was made possible through the generous support of the Arkansas Office of Skills Development, Conway Regional Health Foundation, and community donors. Their investment in healthcare education is helping expand hands-on training opportunities, strengthen Arkansas' healthcare workforce, and prepare future generations of healthcare professionals.
We are grateful to the following donors and community partners for their commitment to advancing healthcare education.
