        Simulation Lab Manager

As the Conway Regional Simulation Lab Manager, JoAnna leads simulation-based education that supports graduate medical education, clinical skill development, and interprofessional learning. She works alongside physicians, faculty, and clinical leaders to prepare residents and healthcare professionals for real-world patient care. The simulation lab is also an invaluable resource to the community and provides an educational space for other entities beyond Conway Regional.

Graduate Medical Education Director

As the Director of the Conway Regional Graduate Medical Education Program, Bailey is responsible for implementing the daily operations and management of the GME Department. Within her responsibilities, she oversees the team of program coordinators, administrative operations of the department, and maintain accreditation standards of our ACGME-accredited sponsoring institution and residency programs. In addition, she oversees the credentialing and coordination of all medical student, pre-medical student, and physician-assistant student observerships and clinical rotations.
